The main goal of the Cooking Program is to educate the students and equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills of cooking in order to compete in the international arena. In this Program “cooking” will not be handled only as a study of the traditional cooking, but also the students will be equipped with general culture that is essential in this sector. That’s why the Program’s curriculum includes cultural courses, classical cooking techniques, and the most popular cuisines such as French, Ottoman, Mediterranean, Far Eastern etc. 
During 2-year program students will be subjected to have an internship in restaurants, food-beverage organizations, hotels and catering services etc.
