In the field of collective labor law, the following topics are discussed and explained: trade unions, collective bargaining, the concept of strikes and lockouts, legal arrangements for resolution of collective labor disputes.
Under the social security law, the following topics are discussed and explained: the concept of social security, its historical development, mandatory social security agencies in Turkey and their scopes, definition of insurance branches, their scopes, and benefits provided to the insured and his/her family members.
