Doing fitness helps the body release endorphin and estrogen hormones abundantly. This makes the person feel fit and psychologically better, and more energetic as it speeds up the metabolism. It regularizes sleep, positively affects the psychological state and reduces stress. It strengthens heart and vascular system. Doing continuous and regular fitness reduces the risks of having cancer and heart attack.

In our Fitness Center, certified and experienced fitness trainers help the individuals organize and perform appropriate exercise programs for themselves. Our experienced trainers give consultation and support to those who aren’t used to doing physical exercise or aren’t sure about when and how to start, need advice and guidance or want to have a more effective exercise program.

Knowing that each individual’s needs, and the kind and level of support that meets those needs are unique to the individual, fitness equipments in our Fitness Center are designed in the way that they meet the unique needs of the individuals.
