Sports Center includes a Hall for aerobic, pilates, and yoga exercises. 

Aerobic; activates and strengthens cardiovascular system, improves fitness, reduces health risks.

Pilates; strengthens muscles, improves flexibility and agility, relieves body pain.

Yoga; strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, increase range of motion, relieves stress.
